We were given a top-notch, good-sized room with many facilities. The location was magnificent, around a 10-15 minute walk from Parroquia de Santa Marta.

The breakfast is substantial. The location is absolutely perfect.- It has hard-working personnel.- Opulent rooms with fairly clean bathrooms.

The breakfast here was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options with lovely views, and the attentive staff provided excellent service.

The rooms here are nicely decorated with cozy beds that will make you want to stay in 😊. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff all around the hotel are friendly and go out of their way to help you. You can't beat the awesome location, it's super close to the city center.

The rooms here are really nice and well-designed, they even have roll-in showers which is a nice extra touch, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and a sofa bed for extra space, and there were extra amenities such as an additional glass provided.

A very nice modern hotel with big, clean, and quiet rooms. I loved the view from the top floor restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

hotel is large and modern and room was spacious. rooms surround an open atrium-type space with greenery and transparent lifts - quite spectacular. bed was medium-sized with a good mattress. breakfast was pretty impressive, sprawling buffet with more or less everything you could want. it was limited to 2 hours, meant that there were too many people, no matter what time you went. Three hours would make more sense. Soundproofing: 3/5. Breakfast: 3. 5/5. Bed: 4/5. Bath/shower: 2. 5/5. hotel is big and modern and room had a lot of space. rooms are arranged around an open atrium-like space with a vertical garden and transparent elevators - quite spectacular. bed was medium sized with a good mattress. breakfast was nice. buffet style but big, Unfortunately it was limited to two hours. so it was always full even if you arrived early, Extending it to three hours would make more sense. Noise-wise, there was no noise from other rooms, you could hear the noise of other doors opening and closing from the corridor/atrium. traffic noise from outside was also far more audible than it should have been, especially given the floor we were on. Part of the reason was that the windows weren't great and had broken seals - there was a lot of condensation on the windows and sills in the bedroom and bathroom (room 314). In the bathroom there was also a clearly noticeable air leak from somewhere. Also, bathroom appeared to have no ventilation - apart from the unplanned ventilation of those leaks. bathtub-shower combo seemed especially slippy and dangerous to step out of. It's high time to lose the bathtubs, seriously. Another minus: the floor squeaked annoyingly when you walked on it. As soon as the noise came, you couldn't hear anything from the other rooms, you could hear the doors opening and closing from the hallway/attic. You could also hear the traffic much more than you would have expected, especially considering what floor we were on. Partly that was because the windows were not very good and seals were broken - there was a lot of condensation on the windows and on the wall (room 314), in the room and in the bathroom. In the bathroom there was also a very noticeable air leakage from somewhere. bathroom seemed to have no ventilation at all - removing those air leaks. bathtub-shower combination was especially slippery and it was dangerous to get out of it; it's time to get rid of hotel bathtubs, really. Another point against it: The floor of the room made a horrible squeak when you walked on it.

location of the hotel was excellent, building and atmosphere were very pleasant, we ventured to have breakfast and we were really delighted, rooms were spacious and clean, staff was always very friendly, stay was a pleasant experience.

At the time of making the check out they had a problem with a POS, and I asked the person who attended me to cancel the operation before making the charge again with another device, I indicated that I had made it from the app, and proceeded to charge the amount again, only to find out three hours later by a notification from my bank that I had been charged twice. I contacted the hotel and thanks to Lucia's diligence at the front desk they were able to quickly correct the error and return one of the charges. It was a mistake that was quickly corrected but it was the only thing that put a somewhat grey note on the experience, and also to acknowledge the work of the staff who were quick and effective in correcting it.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, great value for money. WIFI worked well, comfortable bed, convenient location near the university and supermarket. Lovely inner courtyard with hanging flowers.

It was all superb.

Very nice hotel, but seriously overpriced. Outdated 1980's decor and style.

General cleanliness and staff helpfulness Breakfast buffet was good especially the fruit.

The aircon in the room was not functional.
